No. Jignasa does not teach school subjects, prepare children for exams, or aim to improve marks. It focuses on knowledge, habits and life skills that fall outside the school syllabus.
Jignasa Level 2
Jignasa Level 2
Smart for Life
Note : Level 2 is for Foundation Level 1 graduates only. Instead of building habits from within, it turns outward to everyday life — the things children will actually navigate: spending and saving money, understanding their own body, planning a journey, behaving well in social situations, choosing food sensibly and remembering what matters.
What Your Child Will Learn
-
1
Money Smart
Children will understand how money is earned, spent, saved and managed. They will learn the difference between needs and wants, basic budgeting and sensible spending. The session will help them make smarter and more responsible financial choices.
-
2
Body Smart
Children will understand their body better and learn what helps it function well. The session will cover sleep, hydration, movement, healthy routines and basic body signals. They will learn to notice what their body needs and develop better everyday health habits.
-
3
Travel Smart
Children will learn how to plan and understand a journey instead of simply travelling with adults. They will explore tickets, maps, packing, schedules, travel safety and basic travel planning. The session will help them become more aware, organised and responsible travellers.
-
4
Social Smart
Children will learn how to behave confidently and appropriately in different social situations. They will explore introductions, greetings, public behaviour, dining etiquette, courtesy and respectful conduct. The session will help them become more comfortable, polite and socially aware.
-
5
Food Smart
Children will learn to look at food beyond taste, packaging and advertising. They will understand ingredients, nutrition labels, hidden sugar and salt, food safety and storage. The session will help them make more balanced and informed food choices.
-
6
Memory Smart
Children will understand how memory works and why we remember some things but forget others. They will learn practical techniques such as attention, association, chunking, active recall and spaced repetition. The session will help them remember more effectively instead of relying only on repeated reading.
